Explore the sublime beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta by bike, or stroll down to the captivating Cala de Bou with its crystalline waters. A few steps from Es Cucó bar, a charming restaurant, and a supermarket stocking some of the island’s best produce, Villa Shanty also enjoys regular bus connections to San José, San Antonio, and Ibiza Town.

Spaces and Entertainment

This reimagined finca is equipped for intimate and large-scale entertaining, with three kitchens, an elegant lounge, a dining area, and seven sun-flooded rooms. In the summer, enjoy poolside cocktails, al fresco lunches, and stargazing from the deck. In the cooler months, two fireplaces and a wood-burning stove create a warm and cozy atmosphere.

The Suites

Each of the seven bedrooms combines modern comforts with tantalizing views and rustic romance to create serene and welcoming spaces. All are equipped with WiFi, heating, mosquito nets, and air conditioning for those long and balmy summers, as well as private bathrooms, including five en suites.

The Gració Suite

Tucked away on a secluded stairwell, the first-floor Gració Suite comprises two rooms, Gració and Gracioneta. The main room plays with a passionate color palette of pinks, burnt oranges, and eau de nil, with a balcony offering alluring rural views. This peaceful room is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and a king-size double bed or two large single beds.

The Salada Suite

With access to a private terrace with loungers and a comfortable bed for nights under the stars, the two rooms of the Salada Suite are located just across from the yoga terrace. Featuring a queen-size four-poster bed and a rustic ensuite bathroom with heavy wooden beams and a shower, Salada invites you into an earthy world of blue and terracotta tones.

The Conta House

In a secluded wing in the oldest part of the house, three charming bedrooms unveil a rich tapestry of Ibicencan culture. With a private kitchen, living room, and a sun-bathing platform on the roof of the old ovens, this rustic trio enjoys verdant views and easy access to the gardens and pool.

Escondida

A cozy room with a private bathroom and beautiful sabina beams, Escondida can host a king-size double bed or two large single beds. Traditional windows let the sunlight flood in, complementing the decor in bluish, green, and burnt orange tones.
