Can Clay is a beautiful Mediterranean-style property with careful architecture, design and decoration, located just one kilometer from the sea. From the outside, it draws attention with its elegant straight lines, the combination of stone with white walls and the wooden porches. Upon entering the house, we are surprised by the warmth of the spaces, the designer furniture and the floor and wall materials. All this manages to create cozy spaces and a warm, comfortable atmosphere with a great personality.
The villa has 6 rooms; 4 in the main building with 2 bathrooms and 2 in the two outer annexes, each annex has its own bathroom. There are 4 rooms with double beds and 2 with single beds. The house can be rented for 8 people or for 12 (including the 2 annexes).
THE PRICE IS PER 8 PEOPLE. In case that you want annexes it is 300€/annex/night in July and August and 200€ rest of the year.
Outside there are several porches and shaded areas with a table to eat and sofas to relax. The pool is slightly separated from the house, surrounded by forest and Mediterranean garden plants, it has its hammocks and umbrellas.
The house is located just 1 km from Ses Platgetes beach and 1.5 from Migjorn beach. Both idyllic beaches with fine white sand and turquoise waters.
