A supermarket and restaurant are located close to the beach, 200 metres from the bungalows.

There are 9 bungalows with 1 bedroom and a living room, sleeping up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

There are 4 bungalows with 2 bedrooms and a living room sleeping up to 5 adults and 1 child.

Regular cleaning and servicing of the bungalows is managed from our on-site reception.

E' già la seconda volta che soggiorniamo nei bungalows Can Miguel Marti, e ci troviamo sempre molto bene. La posizione è bellissima, il complesso è molto silenzioso, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Migjorn e poco distante dal centro di Sant Francesc. Nei bungalows c'è tutto il necessario, sono molto puliti e amiamo molto anche la piccola veranda in cui rilassarsi e sentire il rumore del mare

Buen espacio y distribucion para una pareja. La cocina bien equipada para hacer lo basico. Todo muy limpio y en buen estado. Personal muy agradable y un magnifico regalo de bienvenida. La ubicacion es perfecta porque hay playa y restaurantes cerca pero tambien muchisima tranquilidad. De lo mjeor que acptan mascotas. Hay parking muy comodo.

Appartamento con tutte le comodità. Sono stata qui con mio marito e i miei due figli (4 e 8 anni). Ci siamo trovati benissimo, molto sfruttato lo spazio fuori. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al supermercato. Possibilità anche di usare la lavatrice

Das tägliche Rascheln der Bäume von unserer kleinen Terrasse aus beim Frühstück. Die beiden Häuschen neben uns waren auch nur von zwei Personen belegt und es war angenehm ruhig. Die Betten waren gut, Klimaanlage war im Schlafzimmer. Das kleine Häuschen bietet alles, was man für zwei Personen braucht. Ein Fernseher war im Wohnzimmer angebracht, brauchten wir kaum.
Ein paar kleine Teelöffel mehr wären sinnvoll, wir hatten nur 3.

A perfect place to stay if you want to explore Formentera and have your own space. We rented bikes and bought lovely produce in Sant Francesc Xavier which we cooked back in the apartment. (The shop on site was also great!) The kitchen was small but perfect. The location is so close to the beach & we enjoyed the coastal paths and trying out the bars and restaurants!

Este lugar en el mes de mayo es una auténtica maravilla de tranquilidad y cercanía a la playa y además admiten mascotas A 5 minutos a pie supermercado y restaurante El apartamento es pequeño pero no falta nada y está todo muy limpio y bien cuidado Ideal para dos personas El personal atento y dispuesto Como todo en Baleares un poco caro pero a mí me ha merecido la pena

La ubicación y el concepto de alojamiento, una casita con todo lo necesario cerca de la playa y, pese a estar junto a otros bungalows contaba con suficiente privacidad
En primer lugar, pese a que cogimos el bungalow muy limpio (salvo utensilios de cocina), la limpieza intermedia fue casi inexistente. Fregaron el suelo sin barrerlo, no se limpió la placa de gas, dejaron la cama a medio hacer con los cojines en el suelo, las toallas nuevas estaban rotas….., no se cambiaron las colchas del salón,….un desastre Por otro lado, el bungalow necesita una actualización. Por el precio que pagamos, creo que estaba por debajo de lo esperado, grifos con costra de cal, cocina y baño ya muy desactualizados….

La cobertura, Soy diabética y tener cobertura es fundamental para mí o ir con niños. También un grifo a las entrada del apartamento para lavar los pies de la arena sería fácil y mejoraría mucho la no entrada de arena al apartamento

it was our 6th time there and we are never disappointed, feeling like at home. A plus is also that they can keep your luggage on the last day and they have a shower available after the check out. This place is in a peaceful area. We always enjoy the terrace and the beach down the street is like paradise for us .
