Beautifully furnished house with a lot of space in which several families can fill up well. A total of 350 m2 house and 650 m2 garden with pool are at your disposal to enjoy your vacation to the fullest without any restrictions. On the upper floor there is on one side 2 bedrooms with double beds one with bathroom with shower and one with bathroom en suite, open kitchen with living-dining room, everything with its own entrance door and not connected to the ground floor inside. On the other hand, there is also a stand-alone apartment with a bedroom with a bathroom and a living room-kitchen as well as its own entrance door.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. A large living room-dining room with an open new kitchen complete the lower area. On the first floor you have a 100 m2 sun terrace with a large shade sail overlooking the garden and the pool. On the ground floor there is also a 60 m2 sun terrace around the pool area with automatic sun sails. BBQ station and spacious garden with children's swing, slide and soccer goal for the big and small children and pool with diving board.
