Villa Cala Vera is located on the west coast of Ibiza, exceptionally situated on the side of a mountain and above the sea, a few meters from the charming beach of Cala Molí. From the house you can see spectacular views of the Mediterranean, the coves and the western islets.
The beautiful beaches of Cala Conta and Cala Bassa are just a few minutes' drive away.
The property has direct access to the sea, through a winding staircase that descends the mountain until it reaches a small natural pool, hidden among the rocks, which is ideal for sunbathing and cooling off on hot summer days.
The Mediterranean-style house has 6 rooms distributed over three floors for a total of 450m2 built and capacity for 12 people. Spaces such as the living room, dining room, kitchen and some bedrooms connect perfectly with the spacious outdoor terraces giving a feeling of spaciousness and light. Each floor has its own terrace.
On the middle level we find a large table for summer lunches and dinners and a cozy chill-out area where to relax.
The pool is on the ground floor.
