Villa Blue Rock is a majestic 620 m² contemporary villa with six bedrooms, located within an exclusive private urbanization in Roca Llisa, on a 3440 m² plot offering breathtaking panoramic sea views.

The upper floor features four suites with private terraces and large windows offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean, all equipped with spacious dressing rooms and flat-screen TVs. The 45 m² guest house includes a double bedroom with a private terrace and sea views, as well as a bathroom, kitchen with bar, dressing room and sitting area. The sixth bedroom, ideal for staff or children, is located on the lower level next to the indoor pool and includes a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

The villa offers three swimming pools: an infinity pool on the level of the covered terrace, a second outdoor pool measuring 3 x 16 meters located in the garden on the lower level, and an indoor pool on the lowest floor.

On this same level, you’ll also find a hammam, a jacuzzi for four people and a fully equipped fitness room with brand-new Teca machines and two TV screens.
