Beautiful house of 190m2 set in its own large grounds (15,000m2) and situated in Cap de BarberÌa., near the most famous lighthouse on the island, It borders a wood and has stunning views over the Formentera countryside to Ibiza.
The house is in an agricultural area where even the roads of yesterday are preserved where it seems that time has not passed, beautiful surroundings and near the beach of Cala Saona, the best place on the island to enjoy sunsets.
Casa Formentera has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: two large en suite double bedrooms and one children’s bedroom with 4 beds and its own bathroom. It has 3 covered porches and a swimming pool and is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden full of aromatic plants. The interior has been decorated with a hippy chic feel, blending the traditional with the modern with all bedrooms powered by air con and also the living room.

The nearest town Sant Francesc is 10 minutes from the house, the trendiest spot of the island, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants and markets in a relaxed and very Mediterranean atmosphere.
