The third room has two single beds and air conditioning, ideal for guests or children. There are also two living rooms, one with satellite TV, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. An additional bathroom with a shower and a laundry room complete this floor.
The outdoor terrace on the ground floor is a true paradise for outdoor entertainment, with a dining area for 12 people and a lounge area. An adjoining bar to the house offers billiards and darts, as well as a refrigerator and sink.
The 20×13.5 meter pool, with beach-like access and an outdoor shower, is ideal for relaxing under the sun, with sun loungers for 10 people and two Balinese beds. Next to the pool, you will find a BBQ/lounge area, a living room with satellite TV, and a complete bathroom, as well as tables for 20 people.
Additionally, the property offers an equipped gym area, a charcoal barbecue behind the house with an outdoor sink, and a spacious, uncovered parking area.
