Description
Villa Sa Torreta is a charming house located between carob, almond and olive groves, in a very quiet residential area with beautiful sea views. Strategically located just a few minutes drive from Playa den Bossa, Ses Salinas, Es Cavallet, Es Jondal and Ibiza Town. Some of the most famous nightclubs and Beach Clubs are also within a short distance; Hi, Ushuaia, DC10, Nassau and Blue Marlin.
The Ses Salines Natural Park is just two kilometers away.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet, for a total of 250m2 built, divided into two floors and on a 7000m2 fenced plot. The main room is located on the top floor, with an en-suite bathroom, dressing room, balcony and magnificent views of the sea and the countryside. On the ground floor we have two large bedrooms with two bathrooms. The remaining two rooms are in an attached exterior area and share a bathroom.
All rooms have Wifi and air conditioning.
On the ground floor we have a large fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and pool area. On this floor we also have a cozy living room with a fireplace, juniper beams and teak wood furniture. Between the kitchen and the living room we find an open dining room with a table for 10 people.
The house is oriented to the south so it receives sunlight throughout the day. From the kitchen and dining room there is access to the porch, which in turn leads to the terrace, garden and pool area. On the porch we have an elongated table with capacity for 10 people.
The 9x4 pool has a children's area with very little depth. A large pergola provides a large shaded space where we can relax by the water. The large pool terrace has several hammocks and a majestic olive tree that creates a wonderful area of shade.
The entire property is fenced, has an intercom, automatic access gate and alarm system.

The best was the bbq area where you can eat under a tree. We were 2 families with 4 kids and we loved our stay. Our host Roger was very helpful and professional, we really appreciate him. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back again!
